Delivery and Returns policy

Delivery:

1. We strive to dispatch your handmade item within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.
2. All shipments are sent via Evri and may take 3-4 for delivery.
3. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location.

Returns:

1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. Returns must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
3. To initiate a return, please email us at info@bottlehousecrafts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
4. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Refunds:

1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
2. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

1. We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original item.

Custom Orders:

1. Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of damage or defects.
